Selling Outside Your Culture Zone

SOYCZ is a six hour workshop that prepares sales professionals for
situations when the buyer is a person that was born and raised in a
culture different than that of the salesperson.  Traditional sales training
rarely touches on the skills needed to sell to the rapidly increasing
population of foreign-born customers.  In fact, many of the old sales
"techniques" might even backfire due to cultural disparities.
