Lew Kurtzman      Head Coach
Lew Kurtzman, President and Head Coach of Growth Resources Associates has been training and coaching sales professionals for
nearly thirty years.  As the former Director of Worldwide Sales Training for a leading laboratory instrumentation corporation, Lew
learned that there were no "magic bullets" or "secret formulas" for sales success. In today's competitive marketplace, buyers are alert
to obsolete seminar level selling techniques.  Lew created GRA to be a sales training company that is both holistic and realistic at the
same time.  Changing demographics and technical advances must be taken into account while sales professionals  interact with
customers, support staff, and corporate management.   

GRA sales training is integrated with corporate culture, values and products and services.  Lew firmly believes that most traditional
sales training courses do not portray real world selling.  He has designed all GRA courses to be customized to provide clients with
skills that will be sustained yet adjusted as conditions or situations change.

Lew's favorite axiom is; "If you always do what you've always done; you'll always get what you've always gotten."  This thought
transcends all GRA workshops.

Lew graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a degree in Biology.   He now lives with his wife, Margie, in Wilmington,
North Carolina.
