Q:  How is GRA training different from other sales training?
A:  GRA sales training is based on real life situations.  We  
   don't advocate "secret success formulas" or "magic   
    bullet" techniques for sales success.  GRA workshops
   are built around your products, your business, and your
   customers.

Q:  Does GRA conduct open workshops?
A:   No.  We believe that sales training should be
    customized to align with each client's business and
    specific needs. Furthermore, there are often  
    competitive issues that need to be discussed
    confidentially.

Q:  How do I schedule a workshop?
A:   GRA workshops must be scheduled at least two
   months in advance.  This allows time for us to get to
   know your training requirements and adjust the
   workshop contents accordingly.  

Q:  Should management attend the workshop?
A:  We encourage management to be present at the start
    of  the workshop to participate in the introduction.  This
    shows commitment to the training.

Q:  Aren't customized workshops expensive?
A:  Not necessarily.  It all depends upon the extent of the
   customization, the classroom materials and the amount
   of post-workshop involvement.   We can help to reduce
  
 costs by using internal resources.

Q:  How many people can I sign up for a workshop?
A:  The ideal size of a workshop is between six and twelve  
   people.  We want to be sure that we address each
   attendee's needs during and after the workshop so we
   try to limit the class size to fifteen.
